Trying a couple things this round, the first is opening sign ups and nominations at the same time, the second is less warning and lead up (the dates weren't a secret, anyone could have asked and they did come up a few times, but I didn't have a countdown going or anything), the third is there is now a minimum of 5 freeform tags on requests.
What I am trying to accomplish with these changes is reducing the amount of time devoted to this exchange, and avoid pulling attention away from other flash exchanges through extended lead up and nomination time. The other thing I am trying to accomplish is making it a little easier on authors by not letting anyone ask for only one tag.
With all that out of the way, here are the links and the schedule:

The second is watch sign ups closely, especially toward the end, there may be someone who asks for a fandom you know but didn't think to offer, or who asks for a "5 minute fandom" that you can consume quickly (examples are songs, short YouTube videos, commercials, etc)
The final option is if there are fandoms you could write for if necessary but would rather not match on if someone is asking for one of your existing offers, you can send me a list and if I run matching and you have no possible recipient, I will add those backup plan fandoms and run matching again.
